1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Peptide Queens website, purchasing our products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Use

Peptide Queens supplies peptide-based products and related systems.

All products sold by Peptide Queens are:

  • Intended for research and laboratory purposes only
  • Not approved by the TGA for therapeutic use
  • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Purchased and used at the customer’s own discretion and responsibility

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these products and agree to use them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped
  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

We may cancel or refund orders where pricing errors, stock issues, or system errors occur.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within Australia only
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days
  • Tracking details will be provided once available

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Peak periods
  • Incorrect address details

Peptide Queens is not responsible for delays outside of our control. However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.

5. Returns, Refunds & Issues

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@peptidequeens.com.au

Please include your order number and supporting evidence (e.g. photos) so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Peptide Queens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products
  • All products are used at the customer’s own risk
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions

is the property of Peptide Queens Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
