Peptide Queens

Peptide Queens ships all orders within Australia.

We aim to provide a fast, reliable shipping experience with clear communication from checkout through to delivery.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase.


3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted Australian carriers (e.g. Australia Post and/or courier partners) to deliver your order.

  • Shipping is Australia-wide only
  • Order are shipped express post

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (from dispatch):

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days
  • Remote areas: may take longer

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

7. Delivery Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • High-volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

Peptide Queens is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we will assist in resolving any issues where possible.


8. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Peptide Queens is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


9. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist in raising an investigation with the carrier.


10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@peptidequeens.com.au

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos

We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


11. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
