1. Overview
At Peptide Queens, we take care to ensure all products are packaged and dispatched to a high standard. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
This policy operates in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Failure to read product descriptions
Please ensure you review all product information carefully before placing your order.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- Arrives damaged
- Is faulty
- Is not as described
- Is incorrect (wrong item sent)
To request a resolution, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund to your original payment method
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of products once they have been dispatched, including:
- Opened items
- Used products
- Items that have not been stored correctly after delivery
5. Shipping Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
However, if your order:
- Is lost in transit
- Arrives significantly delayed
- Is returned to sender
Please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed:

- Within 5–10 business days of approval
